Getting Started
What is Vaaraahi Digital?
Vaaraahi Digital is a membership savings platform. You save just ₹5 per day, which builds up to ₹1,825 per year. As a member, you unlock exclusive discounts across all Vaaraahi apps — Vaaraahi Bites (food), Vaaraahi Nest (hotels), V-Recharge (bills), Vaaraahi Dash (travel), Vaaraahi Fresh (groceries) and VaaraahiKart (shopping).
How do I register on Vaaraahi?
Visit vaaraahidigital.com/join and fill in the registration form with your full name, email, mobile number, date of birth, gender, address, ID proof (Aadhaar/Voter ID/PAN), and create a password. After submitting, you will receive a verification email — click the link to verify your account.
What documents do I need to register?
You need any one government ID proof — Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, or PAN Card. You will need to enter the ID number and upload a scanned copy (JPG, PNG or PDF, max 2MB).
Is registration free?
Registration is free. Once registered, you can subscribe to the ₹5/day membership plan to start saving and unlock member-only discounts across all Vaaraahi apps.
After Registration
What should I do after registering?
1. Verify your email — Check your inbox and click the verification link.
2. Sign in — Go to Sign In and log in with your email and password.
3. Subscribe — Go to your Account page and click "Subscribe Now" to activate the ₹5/day auto-debit membership.
4. Start saving — Use your member discounts across all Vaaraahi apps!
How do I verify my email?
After registration, we send a verification email to the email address you provided. Open your inbox (check spam/junk folder too), and click the "Verify Email" link. Once verified, you can sign in.
I did not receive the verification email. What do I do?
Check your spam/junk folder. If it is not there, try logging in — you will see an option to resend the verification email. If the issue persists, contact us at vaaraahidigitalpvtltd@gmail.com.
Can I use other Vaaraahi apps with the same account?
Yes! Once you register on Vaaraahi Digital, you can use the same email and password to sign in to all Vaaraahi apps — Vaaraahi Bites, Nest, Dash, Fresh, VaaraahiKart and V-Recharge. No need to register separately.
Membership & Subscription
How does the ₹5/day membership work?
You save ₹5 per day, but the actual deduction happens weekly — ₹35 is auto-debited once a week from your UPI account via UPI AutoPay (Razorpay). One day before the deduction, you will receive a notification/SMS informing you that the amount will be deducted the next day. This ₹35 (₹5 x 7 days) is added to your Vaaraahi wallet as savings/discount credit, which you can use across all Vaaraahi apps.
How do I subscribe to the membership?
Sign in to your account, go to your Account Dashboard, and click "Subscribe Now — ₹5/day". You will be redirected to Razorpay to set up UPI AutoPay.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime from your UPI app (Google Pay, PhonePe, etc.) by going to AutoPay/Mandates and removing the Vaaraahi mandate. There is no lock-in period.
What happens to my savings if I cancel?
Your accumulated wallet balance remains and you can continue to use it for discounts. However, no new ₹5 credits will be added after cancellation.
Is the ₹5 deduction safe?
Yes. The auto-debit is processed through Razorpay, which is RBI-compliant. We use UPI AutoPay mandates which are fully regulated and secure.
Account & Password
How do I sign in?
Go to Sign In, enter your registered email and password, complete the reCAPTCHA, and click Sign In.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Click "Forgot Password" on the Sign In page. Enter your registered email, and we will send a password reset link to your inbox.
How do I change my password?
Sign in, go to your Account page, scroll down to "Change Password", enter your current password and new password, and click Update.
How do I view my transaction history?
Sign in and go to your Account Dashboard. Your recent transactions (daily savings credits, discounts used) are shown in the "Recent Transactions" section.
Discounts & Usage
How do I use my member discounts?
When you use any Vaaraahi app (Bites, Nest, Dash, Fresh, VaaraahiKart), the app will automatically check your membership status and apply eligible discounts at checkout.
Where can I use my Vaaraahi savings?
Your savings wallet can be used across all 6 Vaaraahi apps — food orders, hotel bookings, bill recharges, travel tickets, grocery purchases and online shopping.
Do discounts apply automatically?
No, discounts are not applied automatically. Your wallet balance is available for you to use, but it is completely your choice whether to use it or not. At checkout on any Vaaraahi app, you will see the option to apply your member discount — you can choose to use it or save it for later. It is totally up to you.
Payments & Security
What payment method is used for subscription?
The ₹5/day subscription uses UPI AutoPay via Razorpay. ₹35 is deducted once a week (₹5 x 7 days). You set up a weekly mandate through your UPI app (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.). You will receive a reminder notification one day before every deduction.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through Razorpay, which is PCI-DSS compliant and uses 256-bit SSL encryption. Vaaraahi never stores your payment details.
I was charged but my wallet was not updated. What do I do?
Please wait up to 30 minutes for the transaction to reflect. If the issue persists, contact us at vaaraahidigitalpvtltd@gmail.com with your registered mobile number and transaction details.
