Return Policy

At Vaaraahi Digital, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with a product, you may return it subject to the conditions below.
1. Return Eligibility
Products purchased through VaaraahiKart may be returned within 7 days of delivery provided:
- The product is unused, undamaged and in its original packaging with all tags intact
- The product is not a non-returnable item (see Section 3 below)
- A valid proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is provided
2. How to Initiate a Return

- Provide your order ID, product details and reason for return
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days
- If approved, you will receive instructions for returning the product
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following categories are not eligible for return:
- Perishable goods (food, fruits, vegetables, dairy)
- Personal care and hygiene products
- Digital goods and downloadable products
- Customised or personalised items
- Undergarments and innerwear
4. Refund on Returned Products
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. If the product was purchased using wallet credits, the refund will be credited back to your Vaaraahi Wallet.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
6. Membership Subscription — No Return / No Cash Refund
The Vaaraahi membership subscription amount is non-refundable as cash. The daily savings and discounts you receive while using Vaaraahi applications (Vaaraahi Bites, Vaaraahi Nest, V-Recharge, Vaaraahi Dash, Vaaraahi Fresh, VaaraahiKart) are benefits of your membership. In exceptional cases, membership amounts may be credited to your Vaaraahi Wallet as discount credits for future use — but no cash refund will be issued under any circumstances.
7. Food Orders (Vaaraahi Bites)
Due to the perishable nature of food items, food orders are not eligible for return. However, if you receive a wrong or missing item, please report it within 2 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or wallet credit.
8. Changes to This Policy
Vaaraahi Digital reserves the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
