Refund Policy

At Vaaraahi Digital, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled across our platform and connected applications.
1. Membership Fee Refund
The Vaaraahi membership fee of ₹5/day (or equivalent plan amount) is non-refundable as cash. However, in the event of a valid refund request, the refunded amount will be credited to your Vaaraahi Wallet as discount credits. These credits can be used across all Vaaraahi applications — Vaaraahi Bites, Vaaraahi Nest, V-Recharge, Vaaraahi Dash, Vaaraahi Fresh and VaaraahiKart — for future transactions. No cash refund will be issued for membership fees under any circumstances.
2. Product Returns (VaaraahiKart)
Products purchased through VaaraahiKart may be returned within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging
- A valid reason for return must be provided
- Certain categories such as perishables, digital goods and personal care items are not eligible for return
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
3. Food Orders (Vaaraahi Bites)
Refunds for food orders are considered only in cases where:
- The wrong item was delivered
- The order was not delivered at all
- The item was significantly different from what was ordered
Approved refunds for food orders will be credited to your Vaaraahi Wallet as discount credits, not as cash.
4. Travel & Hotel Bookings (Vaaraahi Dash / Vaaraahi Nest)
Cancellation and refund policies for travel and hotel bookings are governed by the respective service provider's terms. Vaaraahi will assist in processing eligible refunds, which may be credited to your Vaaraahi Wallet depending on the cancellation window and service provider policy.
5. Recharge & Bill Payments (V-Recharge)
Successful recharge and bill payment transactions are generally non-refundable. In case of a failed transaction where the amount was debited, the amount will be automatically reversed to the original payment source within 5–7 business days.
6. Vaaraahi Wallet Credits
Wallet credits issued as part of refunds, cashback or promotional offers are:
- Valid for use only within Vaaraahi applications
- Non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash
- Valid for a period of 12 months from the date of credit
